What is collected

If you choose to sign in, the shared identity service collects your email address, name, and sign-in provider identifier. It also keeps the session and approval records needed to recognize your account and determine whether it has been approved. Routine server logs may include limited technical request information used for reliability and security.

Why it is collected

This information is used only to provide login, run the account-approval process, protect the site, and make signed-in features available across ndjenkins.com projects. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Account and approval information is retained while your account is active or while it is reasonably needed to operate and secure the service. Sign-in sessions expire after 14 days of inactivity and no later than 30 days after they are created. Limited security records may be retained longer when needed to investigate abuse. You may ask for your account information to be deleted.
